Sonny's Rocks Jewelry Reviews | Testimonials

Upon walking into Sonny's Rocks one notices the innovative decor; this is no ordinary jewelry store--guitars signed by the Rolling Stones, the Eagles and other rock bands are glowing along the walls; several flat screen TVs around the establishment play concerts; there is even a "chill" area with comfy chairs, guitar hero, and rock-and-roll books.  Michael Nedler, the owner (a fifth-generation jeweler!), has always been on-site during my visits and makes one feel part of the Sonny's family.  Michael also promotes the work of several local artists, each whose unique work is displayed in the store.

The first time I stopped by Sonny's, the staff warmly welcomed me and were very helpful in my quest to find the perfect piece of jewelry within my budget.  I've returned several times--Lisa and Kerry are always friendly and knowledgeable, yet aren't the least bit pressuring to make purchases (I always hate it when jewelry store employees are breathing down your neck trying to get you to buy whatever catches your eye or are watching you suspiciously as if you're going to grab the gems and run).  If you aren't satisfied with your purchase they are happy to exchange, refund or repair the piece--no questions asked.

This contemporary store is clean, bright and has a diverse selection of jewelry--everything from engagement rings to fashion jewelry, including the highly popular Pandora collection (my personal favorite!).  I received a Pandora necklace as a college graduation present; it's my absolute favorite piece because of the collection's versatility and simplified elegance, plus I can always purchase more charms and beads for my chain that can be combined according to my mood or the occasion.

Overall, shopping at Sonny's is a decidedly different yet REFRESHING experience--something one does not expect when it comes to the task of purchasing jewelry.  Sonny's Rocks offers stunningly high-quality pieces for all ages, budgets and occasions.  I like to stop every so often just to admire the gorgeous jewelry and to enjoy the atmosphere.  HIGHLY recommended.

Best jewelry store I've ever been to!
After an ugly debacle at another jeweler, Sonny's really saved the day for me and my boyfriend. My guy sent me on a mission to pick out engagement rings that I like, and shopping for jewelry at Sonny's really helped me get excited again for finding the perfect engagement ring to match my perfect soon-to-be fiancé!

I'm leaving the final decision to my guy, but he'll have to go to Sonny's, because they know exactly what I'll like, probably better than I do... The cool thing is that I really couldn't put into words exactly what jewelry style I was looking for, but they just figured out my style and showed me engagement rings I never would have considered on my own, I'm looking forward to seeing what he'll pick, but I'm sure I'll love it, because I know Lisa's got my back!

The whole jewelry store is super relaxed and everyone just REALLY wanted to help and make me/us comfortable. My Beau was made at ease by the guy-friendly feel of the place. They played rock music, had autographed classic guitars and non-USWeekly reading material :) Definitely not your run-of-the-mill jewelry store.

I just can't say enough nice things about the staff at Sonny's Rocks.... Aside from being very honest about their pricing, they are so darned nice and knew EVERYTHING about rings, not just the items they have in the store, but what's available in every line AND custom options.

Refreshing NEW Jewelry Store-Huge Selection & Friendly Staff
I stopped into Sonny's out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised! The Rock-and-Roll theme & classy atmosphere makes for a totally new jewelry shopping experience. Michael Nedler (the owner) supports local artists & their work can be viewed throughout the store--there's glass art, a mural of Sonny & Cher, and sculptural pieces, in addition to the signed guitars that are in cases along the walls. Sounds like a lot to look at but it is very tastefully done!

There are items for every aesthetic & for every budget--everything from engagement rings to fashion jewelry & (my favorite) the Pandora Collection. I received a gorgeous Charriol bracelet & a Pandora necklace for my college graduation gifts. I absolutely LOVE both items. My Charriol bracelet is stainless steel, 24 carat gold & diamonds, and is so sleek and lightweight that I forget I'm wearing it! I LOVE the Pandora Collection because of its versatility--there are literally hundreds of charms to suit the fancy of adolescent girls, teens & adults alike--there are even wooden beads and leather bands for men! Even though I changed my mind two times about the charms I'd chosen, Lisa and Kerry helped me pick out different charms and exchange them--no questions asked.

Overall, shopping at Sonny's is a refreshing, pressure-free experience (something I highly value when shopping for pricey items). The staff is knowledgable, attentive and excited about what they do, and will gladly exchange items until the client is 100% satisfied. I like to stop by Sonny's just to check out the cool decor--there is always something new to see and the staff is always welcoming. If you want a relaxed & satisfying jewelry shopping experience, I highly recommend you go to Sonny's before anywhere else--you won't be disappointed!!

Best Jeweler in Denver!
Great store, really nice people, big selection. I went in to buy a ring for my girlfriend (not that kind of ring) for her birthday. I went in with a $500 budget, and walked out with a $250 ring. Lisa, the sales lady, was more interested in making me happy then making a sale. She really knew her stuff, and helped me the perfect Sara Blaine ring.

The place just opened, and it's awesome! Yeah, they have all the great brands, but it's hands-down the most relaxed shopping experience I've ever had in a jeweler. Plus, there's classic guitars on the walls signed by the legends of rock.

The price range is big. There's plenty of high-end, but a lot of affordable stuff, too. They had TeNo, I'd never heard of it before, it's really urban with metals, rubber, wood, diamonds too. There's a whole men's line. I'll definitely be back.

Great engagement rings!
I recently bought my fiance her diamond and ring at Sonny's and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of shopping around both at the mall stores and online, and was either not treated all that well, or wasn't given the information I needed. I worked with Jaci at Sonny's, and was really impressed with the amount of time and patience she had for me. Before I made a decision, I went beck at least three time, and was made to feel welcome and comfortable each time. I was impressed with the selection and how knowledgeable the staff was. Great store!
